Welcome to the group house Clubhaus Alt St. John! Our modern and comfortable group camp house offers space for up to 45 people and is ideal for school camps, ski vacations, fun weekends, hiking vacations, school trips, club outings and much more. The house was renovated and extended in 2014 and now has modern sanitary facilities with gender-separated washrooms and showers. The accommodation is divided into three dormitories, a ladder room with a bunk bed and one 2-bed and one 3-bed room. The well-equipped kitchen enables self-catering.
The clubhouse is located in Alt St. John in Toggenburg, just a 10-minute walk from the village center and the valley station of the combined chairlift and gondola lift Sellamatt. This will take you to a wonderful hiking area or to the 50 km of ski slopes in the Wildhaus-Unterwasser-Alt St. John. In summer you can refresh yourself in the public swimming pool in Unterwasser.
Our group house offers attractive prices and thus enables affordable vacations or camps. Please note that the clubhouse is non-smoking and unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. There is no WiFi connection and no dishwasher. Parking spaces are available for approx. 15 cars or 2 cars available. You will find shopping facilities at the Spar supermarket in Alt St. John or at the Coop in Unterwasser.
Spend your stay in our self-catering warehouse and enjoy the beautiful view of the village and the surrounding mountain landscape. The clubhouse offers a cozy atmosphere and can be booked all year round, except over Christmas/New Year and on some weekends from January to March.
