Welcome to the Bergfreude Tourist Home in Leukerbad! Our group house offers space for up to 103 people and is located in the upper part of the village of Leukerbad in Valais. The location at 1440 meters above sea level offers a breathtaking view. The Touristenheim Bergfreude is perfect as group accommodation for school trips, club outings, training camps, ski camps, school camps as well as for private individuals and families.
Our house has a total of 15 rooms with different sleeping configurations. There are 2 rooms with 2 beds, 3 rooms with 4 bunk beds, 1 room with 5 bunk beds, 3 rooms with 6 bunk beds, 1 room with 8 bunk beds, 2 rooms with 10 mattresses and 3 rooms with 12 bunk beds. Please note that you should bring your own bed linen or sleeping bag. Alternatively, you can rent a fixed linen slip sheet from us.
Our tourist home has various rooms such as a ski room, terrace, drying room, bicycle room and storage room. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, including crockery and cooking utensils. A special feature is our large walk-in cold room.
The sanitary facilities are well equipped and offer hot and cold water in all rooms. There are a total of 5 toilets, 3 showers and washrooms. 9 out of 15 rooms have their own WC and shower, while the remaining rooms have sufficient WCs and showers in the corridor.
There are many leisure activities in the area, such as table football, table tennis and playgrounds. In Leukerbad you will find other activities such as beach volleyball, ice rink, football pitch, climbing, minigolf, mountain bike trails, toboggan run, tennis and much more. The Leukerbad ski area offers slopes for skiers and snowboarders of various levels of difficulty.
Our tourist home Bergfreude has been popular with guests for many years and is perfect for group stays. We rent the premises to self-caterers and offer parking spaces and free WLAN. We are sure that you will feel at home with us and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

9 out of 15 rooms have WC/shower in the room, for the remaining rooms there are enough WCs and showers in the corridor.
