Welcome to Casa s group house. Clau in Rueun! Our group house offers space for up to 77 people and is the ideal group accommodation for your stay in the picturesque Bündneroberland region. The house is located on the edge of a protected basin and is surrounded by beautiful scenery.
The journey to our group house is simple and comfortable. You can arrive by car and there are 4 parking spaces at your disposal. We are also easily accessible by public transport. The train station and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The Casa s. Clau offers you a wide range of activities and excursions. In winter you can reach the ski resorts Flims-Laax-Falera, Obersaxen and Brigels/Waltensburg in only 15 minutes. Here you can ski, snowboard or freestyle on endless slopes.
In summer we are the optimal starting point for bikers, whether by mountain bike or motorcycle. Explore the home trails of the mountain bike world champion 2022 or climb the alpine passes Lukmanier and Oberalp with your race bike. Hikes in the surrounding area are also very popular, for example to the Panix reservoir, through the Rhine Gorge or to Jörgenburg Castle.
Our group house offers you a cozy accommodation with various rooms and sanitary facilities. The rooms are divided into single rooms, double rooms, four-bed rooms and ten-bed rooms. Please bring your own sleeping bag.
The kitchen is professionally equipped and offers you everything you need for self-catering. There is also a dining room and lounge where you can eat together and be together comfortably.
Around the house there is a playground, swings and table tennis tables, as well as a football field. Here you can do sports and enjoy time outdoors.

In winter you can reach in about 15 minutes by car, Flims-Laax-Falera, the mountain railroads in Obersaxen or in Brigels/Waltensburg. On the endless slopes, everyone will find something to his taste, whether carving in Obersaxen, deep snow skiing in Brigels or freestyle and screwing in the world-famous Snow-Park Laax, in the largest halfpipe in the world.
In summer, we are the optimal haven for bikers, whether with or without motor. Be welcome in the home region of the mountain bike world champion 2022 and explore his home trails or climb the alpine passes Lukmanier and Oberalp with your racing bike or motorcycle.
With the mountain bike over the Polenweg, right next to the house and along the Vorderrhein to Disentis, to the Camping Fontanivas, a trip that is worthwhile. There you can play on the water and swim in the lake. If the energy is no longer enough to pedal back, you can comfortably take the train back to Rueun.
Bathing at the Laaxer lake with big play possibilities and fun at and in the water. Easy to reach by post bus (Lake Laax is just behind the Laax post office.).
Hiking from one castle to the other. For medieval friends, a visit to the Jörgenburg, the oldest castle complex in the Surselva, is a sure destination.
