Welcome to the group house Jugendalp Eigenthal! The group house is located in Eigenthal, an idyllic place near Lucerne. With a total of 25 rooms the Jugendalp offers enough space for up to 90 people. The house is located at an altitude of 1070 meters above sea level and offers a breathtaking view of Mount Pilatus. The Jugendalp is the ideal place for vacations with groups, be it school classes, clubs or families.

The rooms are comfortably furnished and offer various sleeping options. There are rooms with beds, mattresses and sleeping bags. The youth alp has a lounge that can accommodate up to 80 people, multi-purpose rooms and training and group rooms. The kitchen was renovated in 2016 and is equipped with all necessary equipment to prepare meals for the whole group.

The sanitary facilities were renovated in 2004 and shine in new splendor. There are several washrooms and showers for the participants. Hot water is not available in the rooms. The house has central heating, which provides comfortable temperatures.

The surroundings of the group house offer many opportunities for outdoor activities. There is a fireplace and playgrounds where participants can let off steam. There is also a forest nearby, which is ideal for off-road games. The region around Eigenthal also offers numerous hiking trails, mountain bike trails and cross-country ski trails.

There are several options for excursions in the surrounding area. The Pilatus area offers circular walks and a rope park. In Lucerne there is a scavenger hunt and the Swiss Museum of Transport with IMAX movie theater. A boat trip on Lake Lucerne or a train ride with the Zentralbahn are also recommended.
