The Casa Caltgera group house in Laax is ideal group accommodation for sports, education, seminars, music camps or simply for relaxation. The well-equipped house offers large rooms and is open all year round.
Casa Caltgera has a total of 60 beds in 28 rooms. Of these, 6 single rooms are wheelchair-accessible. All rooms, except the two 8-bed rooms, have running water. Showers and WC are located on the floors. The house also has a large dining room that can be partitioned, 2 lounges (Bündnerstube and Chemineeraum) and a large training room. Free WLAN connection is available in the dining room and the Bündnerstube. There is a large parking lot in front of the house.
Smoking is not permitted at Casa Caltgera and pets are not allowed.
As a self-catering guest, you can book the house from a minimum occupancy of 35 people and a minimum stay of 3 nights. For pension guests, a minimum group size of 20 people for half or full board and 15 people for bed and breakfast is required. The kitchen offers seasonal and varied dishes and vegetarian food on request.
In summer, the area around the hotel offers numerous opportunities for hikes through the Laax and Flims forests, to the Cauma or Cresta lakes and to the Swiss Grand Canyon. You can swim and play at the idyllic Lake Laax, there is also beach volleyball, an indoor pool with fitness center as well as canoe and rubber dinghy trips through the Rhine Gorge. The sports and football pitch is right next to Casa Caltgera. In Laax you can visit the village museum and in Flims the historic via ferrata “Pinut” explore. Falera attracts visitors with its observatory “Mirasteilas”.
In winter, you can ski and snowboard in the Weisse Arena ski area in Laax-Flims-Falera. The shuttle bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes. Cross-country ski trails, natural and artificial ice rinks, curling and curling can be found in Laax, Flims, Sagogn or Trin. Laax also has a public indoor swimming pool with fitness center.

The local museum in Laax and the regional museum in Ilanz are well worth a visit, as is an excursion to the Rhine Gorge (the Swiss Grand Canyon), or to the “Il spir” viewing tower, to Lake Cauma or Cresta, to the observatory in Falera, to the Pinut via ferrata in Flims and much more.
