Welcome to Fällanden Youth Hostel! Are you looking for group accommodation for your next excursion or party on beautiful Lake Greifensee? Then you’ve come to the right place. The Emil Roth Hostel offers space for groups of 10 people or more.

Numerous activities with like-minded people await you at Lake Greifensee. Explore the shore by bike, skateboard or boat. Water sports enthusiasts can let off steam in the cool water. A leisurely round trip on the steamboat is also possible. The shore area of Lake Greifensee is a nature reserve and is home to over 400 plant species and 120 migratory bird species. In June and July, you can experience breathtaking sunsets here. The youth hostel has direct access to the lake and has a raft, a boat and a large play area with volleyball net, table tennis table and fire pit. The group house is reserved exclusively for your group.

Fällanden Youth Hostel offers a total of 46 beds in various rooms. There is one double room with washbasin, one room for four with washbasin and four rooms for ten. The infrastructure includes shower towels, bed linen, a rowing boat, a raft, volleyball, table football, table tennis, a piano, a playground, a barbecue or fire pit, a garden, a seminar room and a self-catering kitchen. WLAN is included in the public areas. Dogs are allowed on request.

Fällanden Youth Hostel was designed by Zurich architect Emil Roth. It was inaugurated in 1937 and is now a listed building. The youth hostel was originally designed for 70 people and is often very busy due to its location. However, improvements have been made over the years, such as the installation of hot water in the showers.
